Automation Developer

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an Automation Developer who can build real, production-ready automations — not demos.
Someone who works on business processes, complex integrations and workflows designed to be reliable over time,
not just “working today”.

You will work on projects integrating n8n, APIs, CRMs, marketing platforms, AI systems and databases,
in high-impact operational environments.

What you will actually do

• Design and develop end-to-end automation workflows based on real business requirements.
• Implement integrations via APIs, webhooks and authentication systems (OAuth, tokens, etc.).
• Handle error management, retries, logging and workflow monitoring.
• Collaborate with other specialists within structured processes.
• Maintain and improve existing production automations, with a focus on stability, cost control and scalability.

Required technical skills

• Hands-on experience with n8n (self-hosted or cloud) and complex workflows.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks and system integrations.
• Good proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar).
• Ability to work with development environments, version control (Git) and configuration management.
• Ability to read technical documentation and turn it into robust, production-ready integrations.

Skills that make the difference

• Experience with AI integrations (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic or similar).
• Familiarity with rate limits, cost control and advanced error handling.
• Ability to think in terms of processes and impact, not just technical tasks.
• Experience in agency or consultancy environments, managing multiple clients and projects in parallel.

What we are not looking for

• We are not looking for someone focused only on prompts or “AI tools”.
• We are not looking for a purely no-code approach: solid API and integration skills are required.
• We are not looking for a junior profile without experience on real-world systems.
