LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

We inform users that, with the exception of navigation data, the communication of data is optional and can take place with the express consent of the interested party, as the legal basis for the processing. This consent is free, optional and always revocable, but any refusal may not allow HT&T Consulting srl to provide for the timely and correct management of the request for contact or provision of the service forwarded by the interested party.

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during normal operation, some navigation data which are implicitly transmitted in the use of internet communication protocols.

These are data relating to electronic traffic which by their nature cannot be immediately associated with identified interested parties, but through processing or association with data held by third parties they could allow users/visitors of the site to be identified (such as, for example, IP addresses, such as browser and operating system used by the user, time of request to access the web pages). This data is used only for anonymous statistical information relating to visits to the site or to verify its correct functionality.

These data are stored by the company HT&T Consulting srl for the period strictly necessary for the aforementioned purposes and in any case in compliance with current regulatory provisions on the matter.

Data provided by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to HT&T Consulting srl through, for example, filling out forms on this site, involves the acquisition of the sender’s contact data, necessary to respond, as well as all personal data included in communications.

For this type of data the user gives express consent to their processing. In the event that users enter or otherwise process the data of third parties, they guarantee from now on, assuming all related responsibility, that they have previously provided them with the information referred to in the art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and to have acquired their consent to the processing.

Data provided by the user for marketing purposes

If users express their consent to the processing of personal data to receive advertising communications on the services of HT&T Consulting srl, the processing of personal data collected has the purpose of concluding, managing and executing the request forwarded by the interested party to subscribe to the newsletter and to the other HT&T Consulting srl mailing lists, in order to receive commercial and/or promotional and/or advertising communications on HT&T Consulting srl services via email; to organize, manage and execute the aforementioned registration request also by communicating the data to third party suppliers; to fulfill legal obligations or other obligations required by the competent authorities.

The processing will be carried out using computerized/manual methods and the interested party may object to such processing at any time. To no longer receive newsletter and mailing list communications, the interested party may carry out the cancellation procedure from the service indicated in the same commercial communications sent to him.

RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

The processing of personal data connected to the web services of this site takes place at the offices of HT&T Consulting srl and is handled only by personnel in charge of processing. The personal data provided by users who send requests for informative material and/or contact and/or information, electronic traffic data, cookies, application proposals and the forms sent are processed by the company HT&T Consulting srl in scope of the execution of the service or provision requested and will be communicated if necessary to third parties in general, including suppliers and/or collaborators and/or companies connected to the same for the purposes described below and their processing will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency. Furthermore, we inform you that the registration of a domain name involves the inclusion of the interested party’s personal data in a publicly accessible register (so-called whois) kept at the Registration Authority competent for the chosen extension, except in cases where to which the interested party

a) has requested the obscuring of his personal data in the manner indicated by the Registry of the ccTLD “.it” at the link www.nic.it, for domains with the .it extension;

b) has purchased the Optional “whois privacy” Service, and has taken steps to obscure his/her personal data in the whois register of the Registration Authority competent for domains with extensions other than .it and .eu, provided that the extension chosen is among those available for the aforementioned service and indicated on the website https://www.htt.it

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The interested party has the right to access at any time the data concerning him or her (art. 15 of the Regulation) and which are in the possession of HT&T Consulting srl, by writing to the contact details above.

The interested party has the right, in the presence of legal requirements, to request the rectification of inaccurate data (art. 16 GDPR), the cancellation of the same (art. 17 GDPR), the limitation of processing (art. 18 GDPR) or to oppose the processing itself (art. 20 GDPR), in addition to the right to data portability (art. 19 GDPR).

Without prejudice to legal and contractual obligations, the interested party also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor), as provided for by the art. 77 of the Regulation itself.
