Digital ADV Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist with at least two years of experience in digital marketing and a solid technical background in SEM and performance-oriented campaigns.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working toward ROAS targets, has in-depth knowledge of major advertising platforms, and is able to read and interpret data before making operational decisions.

A genuine interest in marketing and a strong willingness to continuously learn complete the profile.

As a Digital Advertising Specialist at HT&T

• You will propose and plan performance-driven digital strategies as a specialist within the client team.
• You will ensure measurement accuracy through proper implementation of goals, events, and tracking systems.
• You will produce documentation and guidelines for managing tracking across organic and paid activities.
• You will independently implement and manage result-oriented SEM campaigns.
• You will continuously analyze performance to optimize budgets, structures, and creatives.
• You will work on paid social campaigns and lead generation projects with external partners.
• You will build custom reports and dashboards to support data analysis and decision-making.
• You will take part in both national and international projects.
