Rss: l'icona di firefox diventa uno standard
Microsoft ha annunciato che il prossimo Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 avra' l'icona rss di firefox per identificare appunto gli RSS.
L'adottare l'icona di firefox apre anche una strada di collaborazione tra Microsoft ed il team di Mozilla, e a guadagnarci saranno soprattutto gli utenti.
Nel comunicato si legge:
"I'm excited to announce that we're adopting the icon used in Firefox . John and Chris were very enthusiastic about allowing us (and anyone in the community) to use their icon. This isn't the first time that we've worked with the Mozilla team to exchange ideas and encourage consistency between browsers, and we're sure it won't be the last."
Quindi una collaborazione per arrivare ad avere browser consistenti e l'adozione bilaterale di nuove idee per migliorare la navigazione e la vita degli internauti.
